I had a wonderful experience thanks to the friendly staff who went above and beyond to help us settle in, and the hotel's superb location made it easy for me to take leisurely strolls to Hyde Park and Paddington Station while exploring the vibrant city life around me.

I found the location near Hyde Park perfect for my stay. The breakfast options exceeded my expectations with everything from fresh fruit to delicious croissants available each morning. Room cleanliness was on point, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for restful nights. my room was smaller than anticipated, and the noise from the nearby lift disrupted my peace. the view wasn't great, just a wall and an extraction pipe. There were issues with the elevator during my stay, which made navigating the hotel more challenging, especially with luggage. While I appreciated the staff's friendliness, the reception could have been more efficient, particularly during peak check-in times. it was a pleasant stay but there are areas that need attention.

Had an amazing trip with my friends! The hotel was perfectly located near Hyde Park, making it easy for us to visit the Royal Albert Hall and explore Portobello Market. The rooms were compact but had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We did face a hiccup at check-in when our rooms weren’t available initially, which was frustrating.

The room was quiet, yet very cramped for my tastes.

Room sizes are painfully small!!! Noise from neighboring rooms makes it impossible to relax or get a decent night's sleep!!! Air conditioning struggles to keep up during warmer weather!!!

However, there was an unfortunate issue with inconsistent hot water in the shower, which detracted from the experience. Additionally, while the staff was generally friendly, delays in handling my luggage on checkout morning were disappointing.

I had a great time during my two-night stay! The bathroom was new and had wonderful Rituals products, which was a lovely surprise. I also appreciated the comfortable bed and the nice lounge area. Though the imagery was a bit different from reality, the experience was still enjoyable overall, and I would definitely return.

The location is a dream! It's just an 8-minute stroll from Paddington Station, making it super easy to explore. I loved the cozy library bar where I unwound with a drink after a day of adventures. Plus, their diverse breakfast selection, from full English to continental delights, was the perfect fuel for my London escapades.
